Download the tracker, print it out and pin it up somewhere so you will see it everyday. Just fill out the month, you can use the day row to add the 1st letter of the day that corresponds to the date for your starting month. Write down your habits that you want to track and then put a tick in the box on the days you succeeded in performing that habit.
